Shipping + Returns

Where do you ship?

Evereden currently offers free shipping to the 48 contiguous states, $10 flat fee shipping to Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii, and $5 flat fee shipping to Canada. While we don’t currently ship globally, help us bring Evereden everywhere around the world by tagging @everedenbrand to let us know where you live and help us get to you sooner.

How much is shipping?

Shipping to the 48 contiguous states is free! We also offer expedited shipping, because sometimes you can wait and sometimes you can’t.

We offer a $10 flat priority shipping rate to Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii,  and $5 flat shipping to Canada. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to receive and process your order.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can track your order by clicking the link in your order confirmation email.

Please note that it often takes our service carrier 24-48 hours to scan a package and update the tracking information within their system. Once your order has shipped, you should be able to see an update within 2 business days of shipment.

Can I expedite my order?

Yes! We offer Preferred, Expedited, and Rush Shipping to the 48 contiguous states.

Standard (5-9 business days): FREE

Preferred (3-7 business days): $10

Expedited (2-3 business days): $15

Rush (1-2 business days): $25

For orders outside these states we offer USPS priority shipping. While we do not currently offer expedited shipping to Canada, we offer $5 flat fee standard shipping. Please note that if you are shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, or a US Territory, expedited shipping may take additional time but will be faster than our free shipping method.

What is your return policy?

We love the products we make and think you will, too. If you don’t enjoy your first package from Evereden, please let us know at so that we can help you return it within 14 days of receipt. Don’t forget to include your order #.

We will refund you in full to your original form of payment. Please note that expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.

How long will it take to get my package?

We ship out all orders within one to two business days.

Within the United States, your package will arrive 3-7 days after shipping. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and remote areas in Canada. If you purchase expedited shipping, your package will arrive two business days after it is shipped.

Products + Ingredients

What are the hero ingredients in Evereden’s products?

Evereden uses top-tier ingredients typically reserved for luxury brands such as Kakadu Plum, Milk Protein, Seaweed extract, Green Tea, and Rose Hip Seed Oil to nourish and protect fragile skin. Some of our other favorite ingredients include Sunflower Seed Oil, which has rich medical data backing its impact on skin barrier function and is great ingredient that we know that will benefit kids’ skin. What commonly-used ingredients does Evereden exclude from its products?

Beyond harmful chemicals – phthalates, parabens, sulfates, formaldehyde-releasers – we also ban commonly used natural ingredients that are known to be allergens or skin sensitizers, as just because something is natural, that doesn’t mean it’s safe. Tea Tree and Lavender, for example, are common allergens, while Citrus oils have been shown to cause photosensitivity. Cocamidopropyl Hydroxysultaine is a commonly-used surfactant in many “natural” skincare brands, which we avoid, as it is also a close chemical cousin to Cocamidopropyl Betaine – an ingredient named “Allergen of the Year” in 2004 by the American Contact Dermatitis Society.

Where does Evereden manufacture its products?

All of our products are manufactured in the United States, with the exception of our sunscreen which is proudly researched and produced in Australia. Despite the higher logistical costs, we chose to produce our sunscreen in Australia as they are known for strict standards on sunscreen, due to the harsh sun in the region.

How are Evereden products different from other children's skincare brands?

We take a science-backed approach in reviewing ingredients to avoid and look to existing medical data to inform our decisions. And because industry standards haven’t been updated in so long, we continuously examine emerging data to keep ahead of the curve. We also incorporate top-tier, high performing ingredients typically reserved for luxury brands, because your family deserves the best.

When will my credit card be charged?

We won’t charge your card until your order is accepted and processed.

Can I remove a saved payment method?

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club credit cards or debit cards. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.

What can I do if my payment is declined?

Oh no! Check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system. Email us at if there are any further issues processing your payment.

How long does it take to process a return?

Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, we apologize! Please contact us at and we’ll be sure to get you the Evereden products you ordered.


How can I update my order?

Please email us at as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order. Our fulfillment center processes orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to process your request.

Does Evereden have a referral program? How does it work?

Yes, we do. If you love Evereden and want to share with your friends, we offer referral rewards to both parties through the widget below! Send your special referral link to friends. When they place an order through your link they get 10% off and trigger an email to be sent to you with your 10% off code for your next order. Please note that the reward codes cannot be used with other codes.
