Terrible Customer Experience
"I placed the order a few days before promotion started with 25% off. Given the order hasn’t been shipped, I have contacted customer service that if I could do price match. They replied to me that they cannot do price match which I understood. Then, I asked them if I could do the refund given order hasn’t shipped so that I could reorder the same products with the 25% promotion. There is no reply on my message. While right after my message to them on refund, a system message sent over to me that my order has been shipped. I was like, fine, if it is shipped, then I won’t act further. However, 2 days after, ups still doesn’t receive the package with only shipping label created. Excuse me? Are you trying to trick me? When I saw that, I sent two emails to customer services with no replies. I paid almost $50 USD on shipping which expected delivery was 8-14 business days. I got it after 14 business days. I understood that shipping could delay but their customer service is terrible for below two reasons: 1) They seem to trick me not to do refund and reorder to get more money from me 2) They ignore my message for days"
