Evereden (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates www.ever-eden.com (the “Website”), an online storefront offering skincare, haircare, and personal care products for babies, kids, teens, and families. Our Website is a general audience service intended for adults — including parents and guardians purchasing products for use by their children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. This Children’s Privacy Policy explains our approach to children’s privacy and supplements our general Privacy Policy, which describes our data practices for all users.

This policy is designed to notify parents and legal guardians (“you”) about:

2. Our Website Is Intended for Adults

Evereden is a storefront that sells children’s skincare and haircare products to adult purchasers. While our products are made for children, our Website — including its content, account features, marketing communications, and checkout — is directed to parents, guardians, and other adults. Selling products for children is not the same as operating a service directed to children.

Completing a purchase on our Website requires a valid payment instrument, which further supports that the users transacting with us are adults.

Where a Website feature asks for age or date-of-birth information, we use a neutral age screen: it does not default to any age and does not encourage visitors to misstate their age. If a user self-identifies as under 13, we do not collect their personal information.

3. We Do Not Knowingly Collect Personal Information from Children

We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under 13. Our Website’s features — including account registration, email and SMS sign-up, and checkout — are intended for adults.

4. Parents: How to Request Deletion

Please include enough detail for us to locate the information (for example, the email address or phone number your child may have used). We may take reasonable steps to verify that you are the child’s parent or legal guardian before acting on your request. Once verified, we will delete the information promptly, and in any event within [30] days of your request, and will confirm the deletion to you.

5. Security

We maintain a written information security program that contains technical and organizational safeguards that are appropriate to the sensitivity of the information collected on our service and the size, complexity, and nature and scope of our activities. No system is impervious to risk, and we encourage parents to supervise their children’s online activity and educate them about safe internet practices.
