Shipping in the U.S. above $40 is free! For orders below $40, shipping is $5 within the 48 contiguous states. We offer a $12 flat priority shipping rate to Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii. Please note that in order to qualify for free shipping, your order must amount to $40 or above after any discount codes are applied and before taxes.
We also offer expedited shipping in the US, because sometimes you can wait and sometimes you can’t.

We ship out all orders within one to two business days.
Within the United States, your package will arrive 3-7 calendar days after shipping. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. If you purchase expedited shipping, your package will arrive two business days after it is shipped.
For international shipping, all orders placed Monday to Friday by 12 pm EST will be shipped within 5 business days. International orders may be subject to delays due to customs clearance procedures in the destination country and local carrier delivery processing.

Once Evereden has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, purchaser assumes the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. Evereden will not be responsible for the loss or damage of an item(s).

Our packages don’t require signatures, so they can be delivered to your home even when you’re not there. Be sure to check your order tracking number for more information on your delivery.

Please note that it often takes our service carrier 24-48 hours to scan a package and update the tracking information within their system. Once your order has shipped, you should be able to see an update within 2 business days of shipment. Once your order has been filled and shipped, you will receive a notification with a unique tracking link.

Our packaging is highly giftable. We package our orders in our custom, recyclable shipper boxes and pad your order with craft paper to prevent any damage to your products. However, please note that if your order is in excess of 6 products, we may have to package your order in a larger, standard shipping box. This applies to both international and domestic orders.
Gifts and bundles are also packaged in our giftable shipper box and you have the option to add a gift note at checkout. Please note that bundles do not come wrapped separately. If you order several bundles or a bundle together with other products, these will all come packaged together. Please also note that if your bundle order is in excess of 6 products, we may have to package your order in a larger, standard shipping box. This applies to both international and domestic orders.
Ordering and Billing
Once you have placed your order, please allow approximately 1-2 business days for processing. Orders placed by 9am EST would ship the following day.
When you place an order on ever-eden.com, we begin processing the order immediately to make sure you get your delivery as speedily as possible. If you need to cancel or change an order once it's submitted, please reach to us within the same day at email@example.com.
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover Card, Diner's Club, Shop Pay, Paypal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. When your credit card is authorized, funds are put on hold until the transaction is completed. All purchases require bank authorization prior to shipping. Only authorized orders will be processed and shipped. Your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Be sure to correctly spell city names and avoid using abbreviations (unless that is how it appears on your statement).
Returns and exchanges
Free returns - if you don’t enjoy your order from Evereden, please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can help you return it within 14 days of receipt. Don’t forget to include your order number. We will refund you in full to your original form of payment. Please note that expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.
All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and are therefore ineligible for refund or exchange.
We don’t offer exchanges, unless an item is damaged, but we do accept free returns. Please see our refund and damaged item policy.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer experience team at email@example.com to request a replacement order or a refund.
Discounted amounts will not be refunded when items are returned as they have NO CASH value. This means, if you apply a discount code to your order, the value amount will be deducted from your refund if items are returned.
