What is your return and refund policy?
Free returns - if you don’t enjoy your order from Evereden, please let us know at email@example.com so that we can help you return it within 14 days of receipt. Don’t forget to include your order number.
We will refund you in full to your original form of payment. Please note that expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.
All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and are therefore ineligible for refund or exchange.
Can I exchange a product?
We don’t offer exchanges, unless an item is damaged, but we do accept free returns. Please see our refund and damaged item policy.
What do I do if I receive a damaged item in my order?
If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer experience team at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a replacement order or a refund.
