Terms & Conditions: 
  • Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 U.S. states and D.C., age 18+ at time of entry. Void where prohibited. 
  • How to Enter: Follow @everedenbrand on Instagram and TikTok, like the giveaway post, and submit the entry form linked on the landing page. No purchase necessary. 
  • Prize:  One (1) winner will receive goods on their child’s holiday wish list (indicated in entry form submission) up to $1,000 USD in value. Prize will be fulfilled as Evereden-approved items purchased by Evereden or as a gift card(s) of equivalent value. Total prize value not to exceed $1,000 USD. Five (5) additional winners will each receive one (1) Evereden gift card with a value of $100. Prize will be fulfilled as a digital gift card sent via email.  
  • Entry Period: Begins on 12/3/25 at 12:00PM ET and ends on12/9/25 at 11:59PM ET. 
  • Winner Selection: Winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries and notified via the email provided in entry form or via direct message from @everedenbrand only. Winner must respond within 48 hours or a new winner may be selected. 
  • General Conditions: By entering, participants agree Evereden may use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes, where permitted by law. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or associated with Instagram, Meta, or any other platform used to facilitate entry.
  • By participating in the Giveaway, entrants acknowledge and agree that submitting their email address constitutes affirmative consent to receive marketing communications from Evereden. This includes but is not limited to promotional emails, newsletters, product announcements, and special offers. Entrants understand that they may withdraw their consent and unsubscribe from Evereden’s marketing emails at any time via the “unsubscribe” link provided in each email or by contacting Evereden directly at hello@ever-eden.com.
