1. Sponsor. The Evereden Monthly Review Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Eden Brands, Inc., 401 Broadway New York NY 10013 ("Sponsor" or "Evereden").

2. Eligibility. Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, contractors and agents of Sponsor, its affiliates, and its advertising, promotion and review-platform agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings) or households, are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

3. Promotion Period. The Giveaway begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on November 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on October 31, 2027 (the "Promotion Period"). The Promotion Period consists of twelve (12) monthly entry periods, each starting at 12:00:00 a.m. ET on the first day of a calendar month and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on the last day of that month (each, an "Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device.

4. How to Enter. There are two ways to enter. Both methods receive equal consideration in the drawing.

(a) Review entry. Submit a written review of an Evereden product from a review request email during an Entry Period. Each review that is published under Section 5 earns one (1) entry into the drawing for the Entry Period in which it was submitted. Limit one review per product per person. Reviews posted on any other website or retailer, including Amazon, Sephora, Walmart and TikTok Shop, are not eligible and do not earn entries.

(b) Free entry. No purchase or review required. During an Entry Period, visit our free entry link and complete the free-entry form with your first name, last name and email address, and confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and a legal resident of the United States. You do not need to buy, use or review any product to enter this way. Each completed form earns one (1) entry into the drawing for the Entry Period in which it is submitted. Free entries have the same chance of winning as review entries and count toward the entry limit below.

Entry limit. Maximum of five (5) entries per person per Entry Period, across both methods combined. Entries above the limit, and entries made using multiple email addresses, identities, accounts, or any automated method, are void. Entries do not carry over to later Entry Periods.

5. Reviews: Any Rating Counts. You do not need to leave a positive review to enter or win. Every review earns an entry regardless of its star rating or whether it is favorable, neutral or negative. Sponsor will not consider rating or sentiment when deciding whether to publish a review or when selecting a winner. Sponsor publishes reviews subject only to its standard review content guidelines, applied equally to all reviews, which exclude reviews that: are not about the reviewed product or the reviewer's own experience with it; contain profanity, hate speech, or threats; include personal information about anyone, including children; include links or promotional content; are written by or on behalf of anyone other than the person submitting it; or are otherwise fake or misleading. Reviews must reflect your honest opinion and experience. Published reviews submitted during the Promotion Period will show a notice that the reviewer was entered into a sweepstakes. By submitting a review, you agree to the review platform's terms and to Sponsor's display of your review on ever-eden.com.

6. Drawing. Within ten (10) business days after the end of each Entry Period, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential winner from all eligible entries received during that Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during that Entry Period.

7. Prize. One (1) prize will be awarded per Entry Period, for a total of twelve (12) prizes. Each prize is one (1) $300 Amazon.com Gift Card, delivered electronically to the winner's email address. Approximate retail value ("ARV") of each prize: $300. Total ARV of all prizes: $3,600. Prize is not transferable, and no cash or other substitution is permitted, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the prize becomes unavailable. Winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize. Limit one (1) prize per person and per household during the Promotion Period.

8. Winner Notification. Potential winners will be notified by email at the address associated with their entry within seven (7) business days after the drawing. A potential winner must reply within seven (7) days of notification to confirm eligibility and accept the prize. Sponsor may require a signed declaration of eligibility and release. If a potential winner cannot be reached, does not reply in time, is found ineligible, or does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from remaining eligible entries for that Entry Period.

9. Publicity. Except where prohibited, Sponsor may publish the winner's first name, last initial and state on ever-eden.com and Sponsor's social media channels without further compensation. Sponsor will not publish a winner's review content, photo or likeness in connection with the Giveaway without the winner's separate consent.

10. Privacy. Information collected in connection with the Giveaway is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy and will be used to administer the Giveaway. Entering the Giveaway does not sign you up for Evereden marketing emails or texts; you will receive marketing messages only if you separately opt in.

11. General Conditions. Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, submits fake or duplicate reviews, uses multiple identities, or acts in violation of these Official Rules. If the Giveaway cannot run as planned due to fraud, technical failure, or any cause beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend the Giveaway and, if canceled, award the prize for the affected Entry Period by random drawing from eligible entries received before cancellation. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or reviews, or for technical malfunctions of any kind.

12. Release and Limitation of Liability. By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims, losses or damages arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of any prize, except where prohibited by law.

13. Disputes. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of the Giveaway will be resolved individually, without resort to any class action, in the state or federal courts located in the state of New York.

14. Winners List. For the name of each month's winner, email hello@ever-eden.com with the subject line "Review Giveaway Winners" within sixty (60) days after the end of the Promotion Period.
