Where do you ship?

Evereden currently ships to all 48 contiguous US states. We also ship to the following countries: 
Australia
Canada
Great Britain
New Zealand
Singapore

You can also find us in Sephora Canada, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, Philippines, Australia, and New Zealand!

We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or US territories at this time.

How much is shipping?

Evereden currently offers free shipping to the 48 contiguous states in the United States for VIP and Luxe VIP of our loyalty program! If you're an Insider or not a member, shipping is free for orders above $49. Shipping is $8.15 for orders under $49. Please note that to qualify for free shipping, your order must amount to $49 or above after any discount codes are applied and before taxes.

When will I get my package?

We aim to process all orders in 1-2 business days from our warehouse in California.

Within the United States, your package will arrive 3-7 business days after shipping. 

International orders may be subject to delays due to customs clearance procedures in the destination country and local carrier delivery processing.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can track your order by clicking the link in your order confirmation email.

Please note that it often takes our service carrier 24-48 hours to scan a package and update the tracking information within their system. Once your order has shipped, you should be able to see an update within 2 business days of shipment.
