What’s Evereden's subscription program?

It’s a simple way of of replenishing your skincare favorites and keeping up a consistent family-care ritual, while saving time and 15% off every order. Get your products when you need them— and stop worry about running out by selecting your delivery frequency. Skip orders or cancel your subscription at any time. No cancellation fees.

How does Evereden's subscription program work?

After you subscribe, you can access your subscription orders and details in the Subscriptions section of your account.
To manage your Subscriptions, just log in to your account, and click on Subscriptions.

We'll automatically place your subscription orders based on your selected frequency, and you'll receive email reminder 3 days before each subscription order is automatically placed, and beforer your credit card is charged for renewal. You'll also receive email notifications for any other important information, such as if an item is out of stock, your credit card is declined, you cancel your subscription, or confirmation when your recurring payment is processed. We'll only charge you when your order is processed.

How do I subscribe?

Subscribing is easy; visit our Subscription page, click on the product you would like to subscribe for, and select the frequency of delivery from the product page. Then click ADD TO BAG and your product will be added to your cart. From your cart, click to CHECKOUT to finalize your Subscription purchase.

When will my recurring shipment be shipped out?

The recurring orders will be processed each month on the same day as the day you sign up for your first subscription order, and shipped out the same day, or the next business day.

How do I modify my subscription?

You can change your next order date, update your frequency, or cancel a subscription by accessing your personal Subscription dashboard. To access your dashboard, visit the Subscription section from your account accessible from the navigation menu. We kindly ask that you allow up to 24 hours for modifications to be processed.

To change your shipping address for an order, click the Edit link located directly below the current shipping information. Select a previous shipping address from the dropdown menu or create a new one to add to your account. This address will apply to all subscription and future orders unless otherwise noted.

To change your billing address for an order, click the Edit link located directly below the current billing information. This will open a new page where you can add new payment information. This billing information will apply to all future subscription orders. Please remember to verify that your updated information saved successfully.

To modify the delivery frequency for a subscription item, simply click the frequency dropdown next to the item you would like to modify and select your next desired frequency from the dropdown menu.

To change your next order date, click the Change Date button to the right of the next shipment date then select a new date for your order. This will change the order date for the entire subscription order.

When will I be charged?

You will be charged each month on the same day as the day you sign up for your first subscription order. 

The charge for each Subscription Service item shipment will be billed to the payment method used to create your subscription or as otherwise directed by you. If we are unable to complete your order with the payment method you used to create your subscription, the shipment won’t be sent and we’ll contact you to You can update your payment method from your Account, under Subscription. 

Your shipment will be sent only when the payment is successful and we’re able to complete your order.  

How do I add items to my next subscriptions order?

You must be logged into your account. Visit the Subscription section of your account and click on EDIT next to your active Subscriptions.
From there you'll be able to select products to add to your next order, as one-time purchase, or subscription (when Subscription for this product is available).

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel online at any time in the Subscriptions section of your account.
You must be logged into your account. Visit the Subscription section of your account and click on 'EDIT' next to the active Subscription you would like to cancel.

Click on 'CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION’ followed by the reason you wish to cancel. You'll receive a confirmation via email when your subscription has been canceled.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on US orders over $40. Local shipping rates apply for US orders under $40, and international orders. Learn more.

How do I view my future subscription deliveries?

Your next scheduled orders will be listed in the Subscription section of your account.

Subscription items that have the same order date, shipping address, billing address and payment method will ship as one order. If you have more than one subscription item and want the items to ship in the same order, simply visit the My Subscriptions section of your account and change the next order dates to be the same. Also, confirm the orders are going to the same shipping address and have the same billing address and payment method.

What happens if my card was declined for my subscription order?

If your card is declined when we process your order, we'll contact you via email to inform you and you'll be able to update your payment information from the Subscription section of your account, under 'BILLING INFORMATION'.
Your shipment will be sent only when the payment is successful and we’re able to complete your order.

We and our third party payment service providers may request, and we may receive, updated credit card information from your credit card issuer, such as updated card numbers and expiration date information when your credit card has expired. If such updated information is provided to us and our third-party payment service providers, we will update your account information accordingly, and will use such updated information to process payments for your future purchases and subscriptions. Your credit card issuer may give you the right to opt out of providing vendors and third-party payment service providers with your updated credit card information. If you wish to opt out of your credit card’s updating service, you should contact your credit card issuer.

Is subscription offered for all products?

No, at this time our replenishment service is only available for a selection of products.
